Growth and learning are a key part of the process and an exploration into animation using real time render engines produced a concept presentation video of architectural design situated on a rocky Scandinavian coastline. The aim was to highlight the unique architectural elements, the surrounding natural beauty, and the lifestyle associated with coastal living.

Soft, neutral tones combine with earthy tones and natural textures to reflect the natural environment.

The project caters to a high-end clientele looking for luxury vacation homes, real estate developers, and architectural firms interested in showcasing innovative coastal designs.

We worked on highlighting the beauty and functionality of the home as well as the surrounding rugged environment. The sandbanks gently slope down to the lapping waves; sound effects of the surrounding area were added to really immerse the viewer in the scene.
